The Royalty Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate royalty reporting and contract compliance for third-party technology suppliers. This position involves administrative responsibilities such as finalizing royalty reports, maintaining payment records, managing supplier correspondence, and supporting internal teams with royalty-related analysis and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Stakeholder Support

Collaborate with internal teams including Accounts Payable, Sales, IT, Accounting, FP&A, RPA, Procurement and Sourcing, and Legal.

External Supplier Support

Deliver timely royalty reports to third-party suppliers.
Maintain strong working relationships through prompt communication and issue resolution.

Administrative Tasks

Track and maintain records of royalty payments (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Provide Accounts Payable with data for royalty payments.
Prepare royalty cross-charge files and update Oracle supplier listings.
Maintain macro files and track blanket PO usage.
Support royalty exposure analysis and assist with ad hoc projects.
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Process Improvement

Support documentation and enhancement of royalty-related processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Communicate proactively with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and resolve queries professionally.

General Administration

Coordinate logistics and general administrative support for royalty operations.

Qualifications

Education: graduate in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
2–3+ years of experience in a business-related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs).
Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

High attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional, global, and fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and remotely with a reliable internet connection.
