Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how Noite dia dia noite (noitediadianoite.com and its translated versions, such as noitediadianoite.com/en/ and noitediadianoite.com/es/) collects, uses, shares and protects the personal data of people who visit the site.

It follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and, for people accessing from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the equivalent laws of those countries.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the data processed on this site is the Noite dia dia noite team. For any privacy matter, including as data protection officer (LGPD) and point of contact (GDPR), write to [email protected].

2. What data we collect

Browsing data, collected automatically: IP address, approximate location (country and city, inferred from the IP), device type, operating system, browser, language, pages visited, time on page, referring site or ad, date and time of access, and cookie and advertising identifiers.

Ad interaction data: which ads were displayed and clicked, and technical signals used to detect invalid or fraudulent visits and clicks.

Data you send us: name, email and message content, when you write to us.

We do not ask for registration, passwords, documents, bank details or sensitive data such as health, religion or sexual orientation. Quiz answers are not stored or associated with you.

3. What we use the data for and on what legal basis

  • Operating the site, maintaining security and fixing faults: legitimate interest.
  • Measuring audience (how many people read each page, where they come from and how long they stay): legitimate interest; in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, consent where the measurement uses non-essential cookies.
  • Displaying advertising, which keeps the site free: personalized ads depend on your consent in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland; in other countries, legitimate interest, with the option to turn off personalization (section 5).
  • Measuring the results of campaigns that promote the site on social networks and search engines (section 6): consent where the law requires it; legitimate interest in other cases.
  • Detecting invalid traffic and ad fraud: legitimate interest and compliance with advertising network rules.
  • Responding to your messages and requests: fulfilling your request and legitimate interest.
  • Complying with legal obligations and orders from authorities: legal obligation.

4. Cookies and consent message

We use cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage and pixels. Details, by type and by provider, are in our Cookie Policy.

For people accessing from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we display a consent message before using personalized advertising and measurement cookies. You can accept, refuse, or choose by purpose and by provider, and change your choice later through the privacy button that appears on the page after your first choice.

5. Google and other partner advertising

Ads on this site are served by Google Ad Manager and may come from Google Ad Exchange, Google AdSense and other networks and advertising buyers that take part in these auctions. A partner monetization platform operates the ad spaces and measures performance and traffic quality on our behalf.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to display ads based on the user's previous visits to this and other websites.
  • With advertising cookies, Google and its partners can display ads based on visits to our site and to other sites on the internet.
  • You can turn off Google's personalized advertising at My Ad Center. To understand how Google uses data collected here, see how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
  • To turn off personalization from other vendors that take part in self-regulation programs, visit youradchoices.com and, in Europe, youronlinechoices.com.

With personalization turned off, you will still see ads, but they will be based on general information, such as the subject of the page and approximate location.

6. Meta Pixel and campaign measurement

We promote the site with ads on Facebook and Instagram and, occasionally, on other platforms such as Google Ads and TikTok. To know whether these campaigns work, we use the Meta Pixel, from Meta Platforms, and we may use conversion tags from the other platforms.

These tools record events such as viewing a page or reading an article, with browser data, the IP address and cookie identifiers, such as the cookie _fbp. Some events may be sent directly from our server to the platform (Conversions API). Meta may associate these events with your Facebook or Instagram account to measure ads, create audiences and show you ads.

Learn more in the Meta Privacy Policy, and adjust how this information is used in Meta's ad preferences.

7. Who we share with

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Google and the other advertising and measurement partners mentioned in sections 5 and 6;
  • the partner monetization platform, which operates the ads and measures audience and invalid traffic on our behalf;
  • infrastructure providers, such as hosting, content delivery network (CDN) and email services, which process data according to our instructions;
  • public authorities, where there is a legal obligation or court order.

8. International transfers

Some of these providers, such as Google, Meta and our CDN, process data on servers in the United States and other countries. These transfers follow the mechanisms provided for in the LGPD and the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

9. How long we keep data

Browsing and measurement data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes above, generally up to 14 months; the duration of each cookie is in the Cookie Policy. Messages sent by e-mail are kept for as long as necessary to handle the matter and, if needed to comply with a legal obligation or defend rights, for up to 5 years. Advertising providers keep data according to their own policies.

10. Your rights

In Brazil (LGPD, art. 18), you may request: confirmation that we process your data; access; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law; portability; deletion of data processed with your consent; information about with whom we share it; information about the possibility of not consenting and the consequences of that; and revocation of consent. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest and lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (GDPR), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, including to personalized advertising and to profiling for that purpose, and you may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country where you live or work (list of European authorities).

In the United States, residents of states with their own privacy laws, such as California, may request access to, correction and deletion of their data and opt out of the use of their data for cross-site targeted advertising. To do so, use the links in section 5 and write to the e-mail address below.

How to exercise your rights: write to [email protected] with the subject “Privacy”, stating which right you wish to exercise. We respond within 15 days and may ask for information to confirm your identity before acting on the request.

As we do not require registration, almost all browsing data is linked to cookies rather than your name. Therefore, deleting the cookies from your browser and using the opt-out options in sections 5 and 6 is the quickest way to limit this use.

11. Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system is completely secure: if there is an incident that may pose a significant risk, we will notify the affected individuals and the authorities, as the law requires.

12. Children and adolescents

The site is intended for the general public and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. In European Union countries where the minimum age for consent is higher, up to 16, consent from those below that age must be given by parents or guardians. If you know that a child has sent us data, write to us and it will be deleted.

13. Links to other sites

The articles contain links to official app stores (Google Play and App Store) and to other sites. When you leave our site, the privacy policy of the site you visit applies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
